Dr. James does not bill insurance directly. However, insurance may be used for services such as laboratory testing, imaging, and prescribed medications when applicable


 Yes, we work with your insurance provider to obtain prior authorizations when required for labs or medications.


We accept major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Care Credit, AfterPay, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

Comprehensive weight management program pricing typically ranges from $150 to $400 per month. Costs vary based on whether your plan is natural or medication-assisted, the type and dose of medication, and how often you’re seen for follow-ups and coaching. We’ll review all options and finalize pricing during your initial visit.

Direct Primary Care is a membership-based model where patients pay a monthly fee for primary care services. This allows for more personalized care, longer visits, and easier access to your provider, without insurance billing for routine care.


DPC membership pricing varies by age and care needs. Monthly fees typically range from $99 to $549 and will be reviewed during enrollment.


Your membership may include: 

  • Unlimited or generous office visits 
  •   Longer appointment times 
  •   Direct access to your provider via phone or secure messaging   
  • Preventive care and chronic disease management   
  • Basic in-office procedures   
  • Care coordination and referrals when needed 


DPC does not bill insurance for routine primary care services. However, insurance may still be used for labs, imaging, specialist visits, and medications when applicable.


Yes. Many patients use DPC alongside high-deductible insurance plans. HSA/FSA cards may be used for membership fees—check with your plan administrator.
