A friendly overview of how enrollment, billing, and cancellation work at Pure Health & Wellness
Your Enrollment Fee
We like to keep things fair and transparent. If you enroll on the same day as one of our Meet & Greet events or Open Houses, we waive your one time $100 enrollment fee entirely, our thank you for joining us that day. If you enroll at any other time, the standard $100 enrollment fee applies. This fee covers your onboarding, account setup, and initial membership processing, and it is non-refundable.
Your First Payment
Your membership begins the day you sign up. Because of this, your very first payment is prorated, meaning you are only charged for the days remaining in that billing cycle, not a full month. After that, your membership fee is billed on the first of every month, so your payments stay predictable going forward.
Cancelling Your Membership
We hope you will be with us for a long time, but we understand that circumstances change. If you ever need to cancel, we simply ask that you give us at least 30 days written notice before your next billing date.
This is important because our billing software processes charges automatically and cannot pull back a payment once it is submitted. If your cancellation is received with less than 30 days notice, one additional monthly charge may still go through before your membership officially ends. To avoid this, please plan to submit your cancellation a full 30 days ahead of when you would like it to take effect.
